James Anagnostou

Director

Founding Director who has over 15 years of experience in the Private and Public sector. James has worked on some of Australia’s largest projects from commencement to completion. These include some of Melbourne's high rise buildings, popular sporting complexes (Melbourne Park) and state of the art educational facilities. He has also had extensive experience working on smaller domestic and residential type projects.

His range of expertise is varied as he can work on buildings of all sizes and classifications within the built environment. He is well versed in the legislative framework and has the experience to identify key compliance risks in the early phases of a project. His level of exposure paired with a problem-based approach mentality greatly assists in de-risking projects and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner.

• Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building Codes – Victoria University
• Graduate Certificate in Built Environment (Building Surveying) – University of South Australia
